Maximus Xeno Sapien or Reson Xeno Sapien?
Lorelei: She has one month to become a bride. A possibility is a platonic relationship, of course. But for some reason, Lorelei’s heart wants Reson, the bad-boy Xeno Sapien. The play-boy. The one who never takes life seriously. She just can’t seem to entrap him, while a better possibility is another Xeno Sapien who wishes for a platonic mateship, just like her. Maximus Xeno Sapien is ultimately the smarter choice.
Reson: The last of the three musketeers, Reson is the only one of their group left unmated. For a brief span of time, it seemed he found the female meant to be his. But then he remembered what happened to the last one during their days of captivity. No amount of therapy will erase those memories.
It’s up to Reson’s beloved makeshift Xeno Sapien family to get him to face his fears before he loses Lorelei to his nemesis. Especially when he learns Max has no intentions of keeping their mating platonic.
